Welplast Hidrakalk
Weltplast has devised a special computer program called Weltplast.Hidrakalk, which is used to calculate hydraulic parameters required for pipe sizing, i.e. to plan pipe systems.
- Calculation for flow in a pressurized pipe system
- Calculation for flow in a pipe system with a free water face.
This program performs according to the appropriate sequence of commands that need to be executed in order to reach the desired solution.

Pipe quality
Early as 1999 we introduced a quality management system into our business adhering to the EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Pipe quality control is complex. It requires continuous control of raw materials, finished product and control of the entire production process. This is one of the primary activities of the control laboratory at Weltplast. Weltplast’s control laboratory is equipped with high tech appliances and testing devices what gives us a continues quality monitoring.
The internal quality control system is also monitored externally by an authorized testing laboratory (authorized according to EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2007), the OFI Technologie GmbH from Austria.
